A 3-PART SPRING 2023 SERIES
Join the Doctors of Revolution as they teach a brand new three-part spring series at Revolution Wellness Center, happening Saturday April 15th, 22nd & 29th from 12pm-2pm.
They'll discuss how chiropractic, nutrition, mindful movements and the right support team can help to ensure your family has the most fruitful beginning.
Week 1 | Saturday April 15th: Fertility & Pre-Conception Health
The journey to conception looks different for all families. Join us as we discuss pre-conception health, promoting fertility, supporting hormones and navigating hurdles that can arise. The Rev Docs will welcome Dr. Jessica Grajczyk, D.O., to this conversation as the Featured Guest.
Week 2 | Saturday April 22nd: Pregnancy, Delivery & Postpartum
Supporting your body and health during pregnancy is one of the greatest gifts you can give your baby - and yourself! This class will focus on effective ways to promote a healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey. Featured Guests include local DONA-certified Doula, Sammy Joyer, D.C., and Kara Quist, a pediatric physical therapist.
Week 3 | Saturday April 29th: Breastfeeding & Baby Health
Baby's out, now what?! The support doesn't stop when you have the right team in your corner. Start your parenting journey strong with education, resouces and practical tips on breastfeeding and optimizing the health of your precious new baby. Featured Guests include the IBCLCs of Wellspring Lactation.
